Our company was born from the synergy between two complementary areas of expertise: Mr. Jean-Baptiste TUR, a robotics specialist for 25 years, notably through the management of ROBOCOL, a company specializing in glue dispensing robots; and Mr. Philippe Gossier, a neurocybernetics specialist, who brings a unique scientific approach to artificial intelligence and biomimicry, while I draw on my 25 years of experience in the field of robotics.,
For more than 10 years, we have been committed to the research and development of safe, high-performance and accessible robotic solutions.
With COBOT ONE, we decided to combine our expertise to design innovative, accessible cobots perfectly suited to the needs of Industry 4.0.
Our 'Made in France' solutions are designed with a clear vision: to simplify industrial processes while continuously innovating to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
Based in Ile France, we are proud to offer "Made in France" products, which combine technical expertise and compliance with the strictest standards.

At COBOT-ONE, our mission is to provide robotic solutions that seamlessly integrate with our clients' needs. Our range of cobots includes three flagship models, each designed to meet specific requirements:
1) CO6: Compact and precise
● Range: 650 mm
● Payload: 3 kg
CO6 is particularly suited to environments where compactness and lightness are essential.
2) CO9: Versatile and adaptable
● Range: 950 mm
● Payload: 5 kg
The CO9 is the ultimate all-purpose model, capable of adapting to a variety of industrial environments.
3) CO14: Powerful and robust
● Range: 1450 mm

● Payload: 10 kg.
● The CO14 is designed for demanding environments where robustness and performance are essential.
● SIL3, PLe, Cat. 3 Certification: Maximum security for collaborative environments.

At COBOT-ONE, we have placed innovation at the heart of our development to push the boundaries of collaborative robotics and offer unique solutions. Here are the key points of our technological advancements:
1. Biomimetic robotic arm:
We have designed a robotic arm that simulates the elasticity of the human arm, offering natural precision and flexibility never before seen in industrial processes.
2. Revolutionary software based on artificial intelligence:
Our software is based on a neural network that simulates the human cerebellum, enabling fluid movements and autonomous decision-making. This innovation in neurocybernetics improves performance while making our cobots more intuitive to use.
3. Predictive and self-correcting maintenance:
Thanks to our predictive analytics system, our cobots detect potential failures and correct certain problems autonomously, thus reducing downtime and optimizing performance.
4. Ultra-simplified programming:
We have developed an intuitive interface that allows any user, even without technical expertise, to program a cobot in minutes.
5. Communication via EtherCat (1 control card/axis):
This industrial communication technology offers increased responsiveness and precision, with individual control for each axis of the robot.
6. Cycle time 1 ms:
This ultra-fast cycle time enables exceptional responsiveness, essential for high-precision tasks and seamless human-machine collaboration.

7. Planetary reducer (Ratio 100:1):
This reduction system offers increased precision and better energy efficiency, while ensuring smooth and controlled movements.
Our cobots incorporate planetary gearboxes with a ratio of 100:1 and two high-definition encoders per motor, for a total of 12 encoders, guaranteeing extreme precision in every movement.
8. Increased robustness (gear motor):
Our cobots are built to last. Their design incorporates high-quality materials, such as structures up to 5 mm thick, and innovative components like magnetic brakes that extend motor life.
9. Competitive price:
Despite these numerous advances, our cobots remain more economical than those of the main players in the market.
10. Sensitive skin (optional):
To meet specific needs, we offer a skin-sensitive option that allows for safe and intuitive interaction with human operators.

SKILLS

COBOT ONE's expertise is primarily focused on collaborative robotics for industry, which perfectly aligns with Robotics Place's mission. Our skills in automation, cobot integration, functional safety, and workstation improvement are directly aligned with this focus. Currently, our activity is not specifically geared towards the MED or SPACE sectors, although we remain open to synergies should specific needs arise.
