There Méc@innov Technological Platform (PFT34) is a collaborative structure based in Béziers, which brings together the skills of five technical and higher education establishments in Occitanie. Its mission is to support companies, particularly very small and small businesses, in their modernization and innovation projects, by providing cutting-edge technical and human resources.
Areas of expertise:
- Design and prototyping : CAD, reverse engineering, 3D printing.
- Production and machining Machining, electrical discharge machining, metrology, quality control.
- Automation and robotics : KUKA robot, industrial automation, electrotechnics.
- Measurement and analysis : Vibration analysis, geometric control, monitoring of electrical installations.
Technical means: The PFT34 has high-performance equipment, such as a KUKA KR 500 robot, a Hexagon scanning arm, a high-speed machining center, a resin 3D printer, and an electro-erosion machine.
Flagship projects: The platform has supported a variety of projects, ranging from the design of specialized machines to the reconstruction of complex parts and the upgrading of industrial equipment to meet standards.
Collaborations: PFT34 works in partnership with industrial players, research laboratories and local institutions to promote innovation and economic development in Occitanie.
As a member of Robotics Place, PFT34 Méc@innov wishes to strengthen its collaborations in the fields of robotics and industry 4.0, and share its expertise in automation and prototyping.
