Visionerf is a French company with 35 years of expertise in industrial vision.
Based in Nuaillé (49), the company controls the entire value chain: design office, technical service, manufacturing and sales service.

Our sensors, using stereoscopic vision, enable localization, identification of parts, control, inspection (presence, absence), metrology.
The sensor is software agnostic and compatible with commercially available software to use the most suitable for the application.

Our design office developed and created the Cirrus 3D sensor. We use an integrated FPGA that creates the point cloud live within the sensor and then sends it to an external controller where the software processes the point cloud according to the application. We have two sensor models: a laser scan where the object is stationary and the laser scans the scene to create a point cloud, and a conveyor version where the laser is stationary and the object moves along a conveyor. Our seven sensor sizes have different working areas ranging from 100x120mm up to 3mx4m.
